Now your Smith & Wesson M&P15-22 hand-guard can match the look and feel of your existing AR platform. This threaded adapter converts your "non-removable" hand-guard to any standard threaded AR-style hand-guard.
The "Standard" item requires no modification of your upper but will leave a small gap between your upper receiver and new rail.
Features and Benefits

- Leave a 1/4 inch gap between the back of the hand guard and the front of the picatinny rail.
- Fits perfectly on your Smith & Wesson M&P15-22.
- Made from 6082 T6 billet aluminum.
Additional Information
- To remove the factory barrel nut, you will also need a Barrel Nut Wrench.
